3. Products

We offer photographic prints of nature scenes from Northern Europe. These are available in various sizes and formats. Please refer to each product's details for specific information regarding print size, material, and framing options.

  • Customization: Custom orders may be available upon request. Contact us directly for special requests.

  • Image Colors: While we strive to display colors accurately, actual colors of the print may vary due to monitor settings and printing processes.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in EUR or SEK and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable for sales within the EU. Additional shipping costs may apply depending on your location.

  • Payments: We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Your payment details are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Order Process

  • Placing an Order: When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. After the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Order Confirmation: We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to, inaccuracies in pricing or insufficient stock.

  • Shipping and Delivery: We process and ship orders within 10 days. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location within the EU. We are not responsible for delays once the item is with the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Returns: Due to the custom nature of photographic prints, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, providing a photo of the damage.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products. After we confirm the damage, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges unless the product is defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All images and content on our website are the exclusive property of Nordic Nature Prints and SPN Media. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our images or content without prior written consent. Purchasing a print does not transfer any copyright or ownership of the image to you.

8. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Access or use the website for illegal purposes;

  • Interfere with the website’s operations or security;

  • Copy, distribute, or share website content without permission.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, shipping delays, or technical issues.
